Framed black and white photograph of Elsie Tucker Thomas seated in a chair with a curtain and lamp in the background by Mary Noel McMillian in conjunction with the Alexandria Legacies Oral History Project, 1999. The photograph is mounted and housed in a black metal frame with a glazed front, a wooden interior and a plastic backing. A metal hanging wire is attached to the wooden interior of the frame. A flyer for the photographer is affixed to the reverse of the frame. |
