Wooden base mounted with metal plaque, "Edward Lloyd Patterson Memorial Award presented to George Talmadge Webber for distinquished [sic] volunteer service to improve the quality of education for low-income minority student of Alexandria, Virginia, dated June 29, 1980, Northern Virginia Branch, Washington Urban League, Inc." The gold-colored metal plaque is engraved with the text. Above the metal plaque is a gold-colored metal section of leaves. |
