Trifold rectangular cardboard display board mounted with black and white photographs and printed biographical documents for seven men and women working in President Jimmy Carter's administration. They are Assistant Secretary for Administration William Antonio Medina, Assistant Secretary of the Navy Honorable Edward Hidalgo, Director of Community Services Administration Graciela Olivarez, Department of Health, Education and Welfare's Assistant Secretary for Human Development Arabella Martinez, Assistant Secretary of Agriculture for Rural Development Alex P. Mercure, Deputy Director for Planning and Program Resources Development of the Office of Minority Business Enterprise Louis F. Moret, and Commissioner for the Immigration and Naturalization Service Leonel J. Castillo. The photographs and documents are affixed to the board with black tape and covered in clear plastic. The front and back of the board are covered in wood design contact paper. This display board was created and used by Carlton A. Funn Sr. as part of his exhibition, "The History and Culture of Minorities", later named "National / International Cultural Exhibits ("NICE").
