Description |
The trophy consists of a gold-colored metal figure of Samuel Tucker dressed in a suit and hat and carrying a briefcase alongside an analog clock in a gold-colored circular case both of which are mounted on a grey and white marble base. Affixed to the front of the marble base is a gold-colored metal plaque engraved with the text, "SAMUEL TUCKER / FOR '63-'73 DEMONSTRATION CASES / DANVILLE BRANCH N A A C P 5-31-73." The circle is marked on the reverse "Made in West Germany." On the bottom of the base is a sticker with the text, "Ben David Jewelers / BALLOU PARK / DANVILLE, VIRGINIA." |
