Cardboard display board on which are taped five sheets of typed paper. The first sheet is white, and is a poster advertising the "The Afro-American Experience" exhibition at the Mobility Equipment Research and Development Command, February 7-8, 1978. It is hand annotated "Ft. Belvoir, / Va." The next four sheets are for the exhibition entitled, "The History and Culture of Minorities". The second sheet is yellow and is a poster advertising the exhibition at the U.S. Department of Labor Library, October 21, 1976. The third sheet is yellow and is a poster advertising the exhibition at the Bureau of Printing and Engraving, February 14-20, 1977. The fourth sheet is cream and is a poster advertising the exhibition at the General Services Administration, February 21-22, 1978. The fifth sheet is yellow and is a poster advertising the exhibition at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, October 25-26, 1977. The rectangular display board is covered in plastic and is backed with wood patterned contact paper. This display board was created and used by Carlton A. Funn Sr. as part of his exhibition, "The History and Culture of Minorities", later named "National / International Cultural Exhibits ("NICE"). |
