Color print entitled "The Promise," by Don Stivers, 1996. The print depicts a Buffalo Soldier and his wife in an embrace, standing in front of a saddled horse. Handwritten text at the bottom of the print reads, "Best wishes to Buffalo soldier E. V. Jones, Don Stivers." Insignia at the lower left reads, "The Rocks, Inc." The print is a limited edition and is print 315 of 1500. There are four documents with the print: a description, two letters of authenticity, and care and handling instructions. |
