The poster on the right of the board consists of a poem entitled, "Dreams" by Langston Hughes in black text on a white background. The poster has a turquoise colored border. This is surrounded by line drawings of people engaged in different activities, such as playing a violin, conducting, writing, playing on a swing, talking, petting a dog, and dressed in a pilot's helmet.
