Blue plastic tri-fold wallet with gold lettering on the front that reads, "BARACK OBAMA / 44TH President of the United States / PCS Stamps & Coins". The interior of the wallet consists of two printed pages of text with a brief biography of President Barack Obama. The left page is mounted with an uncirculated Illinois state quarter and stamps for Hawaii's statehood, Columbia University Bicentennial, and The White House. The right page is mounted with a commemorative medallion for President Barack Obama, and a 42-cent stamp cancelled with an inauguration day postmark. The central page in the wallet is a color photographic image of Barack Obama with a copy of his signature and a quote that begins, "Change will not come if we wait for some other person, or some other time." This commemorative set was owned by Carlton A. Funn, Sr. |
