Description |
Medical licence to Albert Johnson, to practice medicine and surgery in the District of Columbia, issued by the Commission of Licensure, District of Columbia, Washington, and signed on August 1, 1931. The licence notes that Johnson had been licenced to practice since June 28, 1922 under a June 3, 1896 Act on the basis of reciprocity. This document states that he is licenced to practice under a February 27, 1929 Act. The licence is doubled matted in cream and white and framed in plain silver frame. |
