Rectangular cardboard display board mounted with three posters entitled, "Mari-Luci Jaramillo", "Raymond L. Telles", and "Tony N. Sierra". The posters consist of a black and white drawing and brief biography in Spanish and English in black text on a white background. The posters for Telles and Sierra are from a set of posters entitled, "A Portfolio of Outstanding Americans of Mexican Descent", and the poster for Jaramillo is from a set entitled, "Chicanos Y Chicanas Prominentes". Both sets were produced by the Educational Consortium of America. The posters are affixed to the board with blue tape. The front of the board is covered in clear plastic and the back is covered in wood design contact paper. This display board was created and used by Carlton A. Funn Sr. as part of his exhibition, "The History and Culture of Minorities", later named "National / International Cultural Exhibits ("NICE"). |
