The poster consists of a calendar for March 1991 with a question, activity, or fact on each day of the month. The calendar is surrounded by nineteen black and white photographic images and drawings of eighteen women. The first question is to name the women in the images. A separate document on the bottom right corner of the board lists the answers to the questions. The poster was produced by Scholastic Inc. The poster and document are affixed to the board with red tape. There is a vertical line of green tape on the left and right of the board and the board is edged in black tape. The front and back of the board is covered in wood design contact paper and the front is also covered in clear plastic. This display board was created and used by Carlton A.
