Description |
Wake-Robbin Trophies. This lithographic plate (a) shows one man, three women, and five trophies, four of which are on a table. The fifth trophy is held by the man and woman in the center of the image. The image on the plate has been cropped from the image in this photograph (b). The photographic image includes more background than the image on the plate. The front of the photograph has green arrows around the edges and what appears to be "775" in black. The reverse side has instructions for printing and/or creating the plate in blue ink, pencil, and green marker. There is also a red circle stamped on the paper. The green envelope (c) says, "Wake-Robbin Trophies Cocroft" on the reverse side in black ink. The front has a label affixed from Advertiser's Mat Service, in red print, along with the company's return address in a box and Moss Kendrix's address typed below. A disclaimer at the bottom of the label explains that the parcel may be opened for Postal Inspection. |
