Description |
Rectangular cardboard display board mounted with four posters entitled, "Phillip Sanchez", "Cesar Chavez", and "Jose Feliciano". The posters consist of a color photographic image with their names, and a biography in black text on a cream colored rectangle at the bottom of the poster. The posters are part of a series entitled, "20th Century Hispanic Americans" produced by The Instructor Publications, Inc. The front of the board is covered in wood design contact paper and clear plastic which is taped at the back. This display board was created and used by Carlton A. Funn Sr. as part of his exhibition, "The History and Culture of Minorities", later named "National / International Cultural Exhibits ("NICE"). |
