25 color photographs affixed to a rectangular cardboard display board. The photographs depict the display boards from Funn's collection on exhibit at an unknown location. The display includes the boards on Black Americans in various wars and "Alexandria's Black Military Tradition". The board is marked on the reverse ".6". The display board is covered in contact paper with a wood design and the photographs are affixed on top. The front of the board is covered in clear plastic. The board is edged in brown tape. It is possible that this board relates to boards B2019.1.17-.19. This display board was created and used by Carlton A. Funn Sr. as part of his exhibition, "The History and Culture of Minorities", later named "National / International Cultural Exhibits ("NICE"). |
