Trifold rectangular cardboard display board mounted with black and white photographs and printed biographical documents. There are photographs and documents for three men working in President Jimmy Carter's administration. They are Spanish-Speaking Program Coordinator for the Department of the Interior's Office of Equal Opportunity Jess Quintero, Director of the U.S. Department of Education's Spanish-Speaking Program Office Gilbert J. Chavez, and National Director of Hispanic Affairs for the Carter-Mondale Campaign Richard Hernandez. The six documents for Chavez consist of an extensive resume. In addition there are five photographs of men and women speaking at events with a caption below. These include Jess Quintero speaking at a Hispanic Heritage Week luncheon in 1976. The photographs and documents are affixed to the board with black tape and covered in clear plastic. The front and back of the board are covered in wood design contact paper. This display board was created and used by Carlton A. Funn Sr. as part of his exhibition, "The History and Culture of Minorities", later named "National / International Cultural Exhibits ("NICE").
