Description |
Framed print of a painting of a five-person jazz band by Alix Beaujour. The musicians are playing bass, piano, drums, clarinet, and saxophone. The image uses stylized forms and bright colors. In the bottom right corner is the artist's signature. Below the image is the pencil notation, "595/1000". The frame is red colored wood, with a green mount and is glazed. There are metal hooks and a metal hanging wire on the back of the frame. This framed print was used by Carlton A. Funn Sr. as part of his exhibition, "The History and Culture of Minorities", later named "National / International Cultural Exhibits ("NICE"). |
