Description |
Rectangular display board constructed from white card with dark red vinyl lettering and border and two additional sections of black lettering all mounted on a cardboard backing. The front of the board is covered in clear plastic affixed with tape on the back of the board. Dark red vinyl lettering reads: "National - / International / Cultural Exhibits / - NICE - / Exhibit Facts / A. This Presentation Marks The 371 ST Showing Of This Exhibit.... D. This Year Marks The 39TH Anniversary For the Exhibit..." The numbers "371 ST" and "39TH" are in black lettering and are on separate sections that have been mounted on the card, presumably to update, or allow for updating of the numbering over time. This display board was created and used by Carlton A. Funn Sr. as part of his exhibition, "The History and Culture of Minorities", later named "National / International Cultural Exhibits ("NICE"). |
