Rectangular foamcore display board mounted with a color photographic image of Walter E. Washington, Marion S. Barry, Sharon Pratt, and Anthony "Tony" Williams with the title, "District of Columbia Mayors of the 20th Century, 1968-1999". The document is affixed to the board with red tape. The board is edged with green and red tape. The front of the board is covered in clear plastic which is taped at the back. This display board was created and used by Carlton A. Funn Sr. as part of his exhibition, "The History and Culture of Minorities", later named "National / International Cultural Exhibits ("NICE"). |
