Rectangular tri-fold foamcore display board mounted with a black and white copy of a document entitled, "Black Inventors and Their Inventions" from The Black Inventions Museum. The document lists 128 inventors and the names of the inventions. The first five entries are attributed to "Africans". The list includes horseshoe, programmable remote control and printing press. The documents are affixed to the board with red and blue tape. The board is edged in red and blue tape. This display board was created and used by Carlton A. Funn Sr. as part of his exhibition, "The History and Culture of Minorities", later named "National / International Cultural Exhibits ("NICE"). |
