Black and white photograph entitled, "A Virginia Citizen", by C. Bennett Moore, 1952. The photograph is of the head and shoulders of a white haired African American man with a beard and mustache. He is dressed in overalls and a white shirt and has a toothpick in his mouth. He is identified on the reverse as Tillman Neal, uncle of Mrs. Grace Bennett Moore.
