Description |
Rectangular cardboard display board mounted with a poster entitled, "National Asian Pacific American Month May, 1996". The poster consists of a color drawing of a grey bridge and plant, a red sun and a map showing the United States of America including Alaska and Hawaii, and other countries in the Asian Pacific region in black with a pink rectangle and blue background. Canada, and Central and South America are not shown. The poster has a black border and the text is in pink. The poster was produced by Rod Enterprises. The front of the board is covered in clear plastic and the back is covered in wood design contact paper. This display board was created and used by Carlton A. Funn Sr. as part of his exhibition, "The History and Culture of Minorities", later named "National / International Cultural Exhibits ("NICE"). |
