Aluminum Communion set in eight sections (a-h). The set was used to carry wine or grape juice in glasses or cups during the Communion portion of the Christian religious ceremony of Mass. The set consists of a lid (a), cup holder insert (b), dish (c), cup holder insert (d), dish (e), cup holder insert (f), dish (g), and tray (h). The set stacks together. Some of the items are stamped on the underside, "Wear-Ever / Aluminum / Individual Communion / Service Company / Philadelphia". |
