Description |
Rectangular cardboard display board mounted with two rectangular sections of foamcore. On the lower foamcore section is the text, "ASIAN/PACIFIC AMERICAN / HERITAGE MONTH" in black vinyl lettering on a red background. This section is also mounted with two rectangles of yellow card with the black vinyl lettering, "Harmony in Diversity", and "MAY 1993". The upper section of foamcore is yellow with a black border, black wavy horizontal lines and covered with small black dots. There is a circle of red card mounted on top of this. The front of the lower section of the board is covered in wood design contact paper. There is also a section of the same paper at the bottom of the lower foamcore rectangle. The front of the entire board is covered in clear plastic which is taped at the back. This display board was created and used by Carlton A. Funn Sr. as part of his exhibition, "The History and Culture of Minorities", later named "National / International Cultural Exhibits ("NICE"). |
