Description |
Rectangular cardboard display board mounted with two pages from a book entitled, "Catch me the moon, Daddy" by William Kaufman. The page consists of a poem entitled, "Silver knife" from China in black text and a color photograph of a young child holding a toy deer. The pages have a cream background with a woven pattern. On the right side of the second page is a colorful decorative border of abstract repeated shapes. The pages are numbered 14 and 15. The front of the board is covered in clear plastic which is taped at the back. This display board was created and used by Carlton A. Funn Sr. as part of his exhibition, "The History and Culture of Minorities", later named "National / International Cultural Exhibits ("NICE"). |
