Lithographic plate (b): "Portuguese Award to Cardinal Spellman" Four men looking at an award which one is holding. There is another man partially visible in background. Left to right in image (in reverse on plate): Robert McGuire, Jr., businessman, Cardinal Spellman, Pedro Theotonio Pereira, Portuguese Ambassador, and Father Rawlin Ennett, from Washington's Holy Redeemer.
