Hard-cover textbook, "A Laboratory Manual for Elementary Zoology" by W. Byers Unger and C. E. Moritz (Ginn and Company, 1942). The book is printed with a series of instructions for conducting examinations of a variety of organisms and animals with blank pages for notes and diagrams. The book contains hand drawn diagrams of organisms, including post-dissection. Handwritten in blue ink on the inside of the front cover is the text, "Evelyn Powell / 114 Byrd Hall" and additional pencil notes. In blue ink on the inside of the back cover is the handwritten text, "Evelyn Powell / 114 Byrd Hall / Va. State College / Ettrick, VA." |
