Double-sided public health awareness poster produced by the American Red Cross for their HIV/AIDS awareness program, 1992. The poster is printed on one side with the text, "Knowledge is / better than riches // Cameroonian Proverb" and a color drawing by Washington, D.C.-based visual artist Damballah Dolphus Smith. The drawing depicts a kneeling man pointing at a document with hieroglyphics. The reverse of the poster is printed with information about the campaign, Cameroon and the artist.
