Description |
Rectangular cardboard display board mounted with a poster entitled, "Nuremberg Tribunal". The poster consists of a black and white photographic image of a group of men and women wearing headphones, seated at three rows of desks. Some of the people are wearing military uniform. There is a caption at the bottom of the poster which begins, "The Nazi dream of a 'master race' came to an end at the War Crimes Trails / held at Nuremberg in November 1945…" The title is in white text on a black background at the bottom of the poster. The poster is part of an exhibition series on the Holocaust that was produced and distributed by the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith. The poster is marked number "18". The front of the board is covered in clear plastic which is taped at the back. This display board was created and used by Carlton A. Funn Sr. as part of his exhibition, "The History and Culture of Minorities", later named "National / International Cultural Exhibits ("NICE"). |
