Color photograph entitled, "Mrs. Eudora Lyles in front of her home on North Fayette Street," by Carol Siegel, c1985. The photograph shows a woman standing outside a building, resting her arms on a chain link fence. She is holding a pair of glasses in her left hand and resting her head on her right hand. The photograph is housed in a silver-colored metal frame with a glass front and a hanging wire attached at the back. This photograph was taken by Siegel as part of a project, grant-funded by the Alexandria Commission on the Arts, to document the Parker-Gray Historic District's Black community, 1985-1986. |
