Description |
Rectangular cardboard display board mounted with a poster entitled, "National Asian Pacific American Heritage Month May 2002". The poster consists of color drawings of a lotus flower and a fan on a background of red and gold chinoiserie with stripes of red, white and blue at the bottom. The poster has a blue border and the text is in white, except for "Asian Pacific" which is in red. The poster was produced by Rod Enterprises. The front of the board is covered in clear plastic and the back is covered in wood design contact paper. This display board was created and used by Carlton A. Funn Sr. as part of his exhibition, "The History and Culture of Minorities", later named "National / International Cultural Exhibits ("NICE"). |
