Trophy with stepped wooden base, two straight-sided gold-colored metal columns with a wooden stepped platform between them and a decorative gold-colored metal harp shape at the top. The upper metal column is engraved with thirty-two names. The lower metal column is engraved with the text, "Winner / Northern Virginia / Music Festival / April 1940 / "Parker-Gray" / Elementary School / Mr. William H. Pitts Sr., Princ. / Mrs. Helen L. Day - Director / Mrs. Sarah M. Michie, ass't. Director." |
