Convention pin with gold-colored text, "Delegate 39th Annual Convention VA State Assn. Lodges and Temples I.B.P.O.E. of W. Petersburg, May 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, [1964?]" on a purple ribbon. There is a section of plastic attached to the top of the ribbon, possibly to insert into a breast pocket. The I.B.P.O.E. of W. stands for the Improved Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the World. Rose was a member of the Daughters of the I.B.P.O.E. of W. |
