Description |
Rectangular foamcore display board mounted with two documents. The document on the left consists of images of the first 44 presidents, from George Washington to Barack Obama in 2009. The document on the right consists of a color photographic image of President Barack Obama on a blue background with the blue and white text, "HISTORY / 44TH PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA / 56TH PRESIDENTAL INAUGURATION / JANUARY 20, 2009 Washington, DC..." The documents are affixed to the board with blue tape and the board is edged with blue tape. The front of the board is covered in plastic which is taped at the back of the board. This display board was created and used by Carlton A. Funn Sr. as part of his exhibition, "The History and Culture of Minorities", later named "National / International Cultural Exhibits ("NICE"). |
