Rectangular cardboard display board mounted with a poster entitled, "National Women's History Month March 1992". The poster consists of a color drawing of a stylized butterfly comprised of a women standing with raised hands to form the blue body, and line drawings of women's faces to form the yellow, pink, purple and blue wings. The background of the poster is black and the text is in blue. The poster is affixed to the board with white tape. The front of the board is covered in clear plastic and the back is covered in wood design contact paper. This display board was created and used by Carlton A. Funn Sr. as part of his exhibition, "The History and Culture of Minorities", later named "National / International Cultural Exhibits ("NICE"). |
