Photocopy of an order form for a vinyl record or cassette entitled "Althea Waites Performs the Piano Music of Florence Price", 1987. This album was Althea Waites' recording debut. Waites is dedicated to performing the work of Black woman composers, such as Florence Price. In 1993 Althea Waites released an album entitled, "Black Diamonds," which includes works by other African American composers including William Grant Still. |
