Order form for placing a classified advertisement in "The Evening Star" and "The Sunday Star" newspapers, completed by Annie B. Rose, for a memorial notice on February 12, 1962. The pink paper form requests that a memorial notice be placed in the newspaper on February 12 to commemorate the death of Annie B. Rose's husband, William H. Rose, who died 21 years earlier on February 12, 1941. Attached to the form is a newspaper clipping of the previous year's notice which has been annotated to alter twenty to twenty-one. The reverse of the form is printed with a list of classifications for advertisements. |
