The text states that proceeds from its sale would go to the Ben Holt Memorial Scholarship Fund at the Juilliard School of Music. This copy of the case insert is unfolded and therefore was not used in a case. The first reference to the sale of this audio cassette tape is in a program for The Second Annual Kwame Awards, at the University of Maryland University College Conference Center, on May 16, 1993 (catalogued as BHA2020.05.06.126). |
