Program for "Freedom House: The Re-Dedication of Franklin & Armfield Slave Pen" at 1315 Duke Street, on December 10, 1988. The program is on Ann E. W. Stone & Associates letterhead, who are the occupants of the building at the time of the event. The program lists the order of service, including remarks by Harry Burke from the Alexandria Society of the Preservation of Black Heritage, and Floyd Kye, Bailey's grandson (and Rose's nephew). It also states that the dedication of the building as "Freedom House" will be given by City of Alexandria Mayor James Moran. |
